Redemption of Kickstarter vouchers
Recently, we closed our Pledge Manager. However, so you can still redeem your voucher at the Kickstarter price, here is a small guide.
1. Sign in / Create account
If you do not have an account with us yet, you must first create an account or log in. The easiest way is to use the same email address that you used on Kickstarter. If you use a different one, please always provide us with your Kickstarter email or backer number in later communications.
2. Enter address
In order for us to know where to send your order, you need to provide us with your address in your profile.
3. Let us know which reward we should add to your order
It’s best to send us an email and let us know what you would like for your voucher. You can also take more or less if you prefer. If you take less, we will deduct the remainder from the shipping costs. If there is still something left over, you can redeem it in our shop at any time later.
4. Check your order
Under the My Orders section, you can view and check your order.
5. Payment
If everything is in order, you will find the invoice under the section My Invoices. Here you will also find the payment options.
6. Waiting for the delivery
Now all that is left is to have a little patience and wait for the mailman.
